Be part of a dynamic team! As our Instructional Designer, you will play a fundamental role in building the learning experience and creating growth opportunities for both internal teams and external customers by leading comprehensive training initiatives.

What You’ll Do
The Instructional Designer & Training Specialist will manage a variety of training programs, including:
- Software training
- Product knowledge for over 45 programs
- Sales training
- Customer service excellence
- Technical training for customers
You’ll also lead the implementation and management of a Learning Management System (LMS), collaborate with subject matter experts, and structure ongoing training programs that track progress and outcomes.
Champion Training Programs
- Oversee training: internal systems, product knowledge, sales, service, and technical customer training.
Partner with Subject Matter Experts
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure training is accurate and up-to-date.
Develop & Manage an LMS
- Design and maintain a scalable LMS for employees and customers.
- Track and report on learning progress and training outcomes.
Collaborate with Managers
- Provide insights and feedback to support employee development and performance reviews.
Schedule Monthly Sales Training
- Plan and organize in-person sessions for the sales team.
Build Structured Training Programs
- Design onboarding and continuous learning plans for multiple roles.
Create Content
- Develop e-learning modules, guides, and interactive materials using various instructional design methodologies.
Measure Impact
- Assess training outcomes and continuously improve based on feedback and performance data.
Promote a Culture of Learning
- Foster a growth mindset and ensure learning is a key part of our company culture.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or corporate training.
- Experience designing engaging learning content and programs.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms; implementation experience is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
